Service not found error SBO HD?

Guys I'm getting service not found error on SBO HD. Why is this?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can some help this has not happened before.
 
Mate first post did mention error with SBO HD.

i have been on that link do I need to manually input frequency for SBO HD? Wouldn't ABM solve this? I'm so confused. What do I do?
 
Why doesn't SkySPBoxOffHD show up on channel list but SD version does?

whats the difference between SkySPBoxOffHD and SBO HD? I thought they were the same channel.
 
I did an autoscan...took a while...but put the SportsBoxOffice back in HD (ch 492 in my sports bouquet) for me as I got the error too at about 11.30

I just did automatic scan because I didn't know the frequency/tp ....but a manual scan would be a lot quicker yeah.....and I don't know what providers/channel setup you have...so do manual scan/transponder 10862/H/23000 /OK/ green button = scan......then it should place the SSBO-HD channel in the last scanned section of your bouquets.

Automatic scan takes agen it seems compared to manual. Don't want to miss anything lol.

So SSBO HD will be in sports bouquets?
 
The HD channels shows in last scanned but does show in sports bouquet. Is there a reason?

Its bit long going to last scanned to get to channel?
