Email your line provider and ask them why the line isn't running, also try a reboot or reloading the line and see if that helps. If not then request a new line from this section: http://www.techkings.org/general-sa...recommend-good-server-satellite-may-only.html and with a test see if you can get it working again as there is no reason why your box shouldn't be giving you the channels.
