installed ipk from temp folder via vix menu install local ext
opened ip address oscam webif , copied over config files , saved restarted box , made sure custom setting matched to allow http streams
checked allow userbouquets copied over skyuk bouquets


sky de runs and clears so the cam is working and my line but not uk , on Vix

im sure its samur ver

Is it the one by Samur? How are you installing it? Please say every step, you will get solution quicker

I installed it on an et8500 using Vix. it loaded and showed fine.

Are you clearing Sky SD and if so why not post the version you are running via the script.

Makes it easy then, if you can confirm its running and if its clearing SD on vix.

On open atv it all clears. Same cam setup config files etc , bouquet work with both SR icam bouquet or normal chief motor bouquets from plug ins as long as I select play with stream relay

Don't know btw why softcam script is not in the menu , it's on ATV

I will do but don't think it will make any difference, have booted between atv and Vix loads

What image version are you using? Menu, information, about. Vix number

I'll try that soon, if say it throws up an error cos the other ver is installed, hotw do I uninstall ny current ver. Via putty which command?

You should be able to remove via plugins, red to remove plugins.

Command line I think

opkg remove enigma2-plugin-softcams-oscam_11718-emu-icam

No there was a tweak to the original version. Sofcam manager has an issue with the binaries character count I think.

The new ipk only uses softcam script not softcam manager. That ipk should work on OpenATV aswel.

what i have noticed on Vix i have to keep restarting the cam on start up in the script, using softcam manager on ATV obviously i have it ticked to enable on startup,

should it auto start on Vix or how can i set it
