usb pen to usb h/drive

If you are not worried about losing what's on the pen drive, I'm sure you can just plug your new hard drive and just initialise it (same as you did during the initial setup).
From memory it's the Blue button, Hard-disk, Initialisation, OK, Red Button, OK.

As per Alfadaz but the box will complain about time shift and the swap file.
If you plug the HDD into the front port and initialise from there, then deep sleep the box, remove usb stick, plug HDD in rear and then turn box back on.
You will need to create the swap file again and also check the location of the timeshift. The H2S WooshBuild thread has details somewhere.
If you want to keep the stuff on the stick, once the above has been done, plug USB stick into front port and use Dream Explorer to copy what you want from stick to HDD.
