you said you reflashed it yesterday by usb,if that skin was still on it flash did not take.
any issues with box a full flash is needed to start from scratch.
you could try image manager,yellow button downloads select image to download ,when done select that image to restore as it will reflash a new image onto box,then follow bees tut.
forgot to say remove any usb first.
vu zero will knock the spots off amicko and pity you cant get a nline to use with mgcamd as its better and bees tut.
