Zgemma H2 - Bootloader Update

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to update the bootloader on the H2, i have downloaded the latest bootloader but cant see how to update it to the box. Also is there a way to check what hte current version is on my box

i would say same way as you would flash the box with a img by usb
