Hi got box today saw openatv logo box went to sleep.Since then all i get is red light and boot display no picture.Tried to flash openatv image from ggemma website but not displaying flash just boot.Please advise should i send box back to seller.

Have you removed any USB device you had plugged in and turned it off at the back and then back on? If so what happened?

For the H2S you should have downloaded this image: http://images.mynonpublic.com/openatv/current/zgemmah2s/openatv-5.3-zgemmah2s-20160505_usb.zip

Extract the folder zgemma from inside the zip file to a USB stick

The file structure on the stick should be:

zgemma
---------H3
----------4 or 5 files

Turn box off. Plug USB into the front usb port of box and turn on the box. When you see the front display say USB you need to press the silver button on the front once. This should then make the front display read FLSH and the flashing process should being
