My user and password are entered. I just covered them. I've the same n line working on an old f5 box. This has my head wrecked!!!

Your details are correct the other line Is just a example Did you restart your cam ?

Yep, I restarted mgcam1.38, it went from red to green

Try restarting your box (not with Gui ) first also make sure line detail are correct Ie all spaces correct details

have you tried putting the line in the usr/keys folder - it was showing in the var/keys folder from the photo -
