If you got your line in a e-mail/download it should be on notepad,put usb in laptop ,open file explorer,right click on usb in left column format usb(FAT32) .open file with notepad on it and drag it to usb,then check file is on usb.then sky 1 on remote,green button to open file importer line should load to box.
i,m using win 10,you did,nt say if it was newcamd or cccam,you may have to create a folder within the usb with either newcamd or cccam for the file to work.rigtht click on usb ,new folderleft click ,then right click rename folder.
