Why you trying to install it if you already have it on there

i was advised n here to reflash the box because there may be some thing wrong with my tuner. i only got it late december so i presume its a recent version

If your struggling I woukd suggest a factory reset first then.
I'm not sure if that resets to open ATV or vix

Noo never factory reset that causes to many issues even on openatv

Strange I reset mine last night but I was on open ATV at the time.
Better safe than sorry suppose

I've never had to factory reset myself just going by what others have said I've seen a few people saying they had problems with both vix and openatv.

Really strange. Don't know why it has disappeared just trying with Sky ROI To custom and see if that resolves the issue.. Just out of interest on your box is Sky ROI on or off

I Just wanted to say a big thank you for your guide !!
I have just upgraded from an openbox V8 and Im really impressed with Zgemma H.2S
I recieved my box today and followed your guide and was up and running with all channels within the hour
thanks again it was really helpful
Just one question i am trying to get the picons working ive now managed to download the picon file and adjusted the settings as per below but still cant get them to work
To install picons if you want:
google and find a picon folder.
copy the picon folder to hdd main folder.
graphical infobar epg settings.
change service title mode to picon and service name.
then graphical epg settings.
change service title mode to picon and service name.
Then channel selection settings.
show picons In service list. Change to yes.
