Zgemma H2s Streaming to Kodi - WORKING A TREAT!

Yeh I know what you mean I like to keep them separate, kodi direct I've found to be useless. My kodi box is fine for general addons, this is the first issue I've had where I'm questioning its power.
Like I said it stops buffering after a couple of mins, but I like things to work as they are intended!

I have set my box up streaming nicely to my Amazon fire stick using the enigma pvr, problem is it takes ages to fetch all the bouquets and epgs across. I know I can set up my own bouquet and set the pvr to just fetch that I was wondering if there is a way for me to set up more than one so I can keep them in categories can't see an option on the pvr to do it, seems to be all bouquets or name one

Try changing it to just fetch 1 days epg. I just use the main bouquet and it takes about 15s on initial load up, then fine. The Kodi epg solution seems to be a weak point that has bugged many users including different iptv solutions...

I deleted all the bouquets I don't need (religious, shopping, etc), and I've set my kodi to boot from when my android box is turned on with my TV, so it's loading everything straight away.

When you say you have deleted all bouquets you don't need do you mean from the actual box or from KodI pvr client

From the kodi client. If you go in settings-TV-general- then go in to channel group settings. Click the group on the left you want to delete then it'll bring up them channels in the right hand collumn, then press delete.

that doesn't really work because as soon as KodI reboots they just come back again

Mine stay off after reboot. Press ok when you've finished deleting instead of going back. Out at the min but will double check my setting the when I get back

Is there a way to set up kodi so it wouldn't change channel on zgemma when switching on kodi? Hence is it possible to watch TV on zgemma in living room and streaming different channel In bedroom?

Hi all,
A very informative thread, thanks to everyone. I have zgemma h2s streaming channels to a) pc running openwebif hard wired, and b) to amazon fire 7hd running spmc(kodi) via wifi.
All good and working fine. Can anyone please tell me if I can connect a kodi box or fire stick etc. to a sony tv downstairs to view slyk channels without using the pc or openwebif. Tv has ethernet connection and hdmi.
Can connect to tv using pc as server but will only allow music, pictures and video to play.
thanks for any input.

Does the firestick have more pvr clients that a box standard android box? On my mxq I only get a list of foreign iptv clients...

You should get more or less the same
I set this up last night on my kodi that's on a raspberry pii with Jarvis.
That's not a list of the PVR clients you have installed is it ?
I selected install from repository then all repositories then PVR and it was in there

I'm really struggling, my Firestick with Kodi will download all bouquets but when I've created a custom bouquet it will not download it, consequence is I don't have the TV option on the menu bar. Any ideas on this?

Any box running android with latest kodi installed should work fine. Mines a really cheap android box and it works, but it does buffer for a couple of mins when it starts up. Faster processing power in your android box would sort this but I'm not fussed!

Does anyone know how to set up the search function on kodi on the h.2s? Any time I search for a show it doesn't fond anything, but if I look for it manually it works, just a slog.

Same thing happens on the you tube plug in also.
