DNS problems re channels

Emailed my provider/supplier today after 3 weeks of patiently waiting for fix and no correspondence or info from him. Told me today there is no fix and the only way forward is virmin or iptv, which he conveniently sells. 6 lines from him which are all down. But reading here some folks up and running again. To be honest, if i can't get Box Office Sports then i probably won't pursue any fix. But problem is other 5 lines/boxes down belonging to friends/family.

mine was only down a day and half,i got an email with an apology and the fix from my provider.
so not all are greedy arseholes mate,contact your provider again and ask why he has no fix??
tell him people are getting theres back on,and its only a problem with dns.
sounds like he wants more money out of you for cable/iptv which costs more.

OK I have the new dns for those with channels down.

If your line is with one server that I know the other servers that are down the dns will be different so I can only help with the one I know.

As I can't mention server name pm the name of your server or initials of it and I will send you the new DNS

Mine never went off, my dads did, but his was isp issue, now all sorted, just in time for the Spanish Grand Prix and for Manchester United to spoil Tottenhams leaving party lol

this is not just uk and irl affected europe also,as mine was fixed last time it did not go this time,if box is still down after 2 days i would be asking again for a fix.

how long have you been off ? how long was it since you contacted your supplier,you can pm the mods your details to see whats keeping them from responding.
