You need to re flash.
Have u got ur gift/line saved?
basically u download the flash, unrar it on pc, put the cloudix folder on usb, turn off box, insert usb, turn on, wait til says done or 15mins, turn off, remove usb, wipe it, insert again and boot up box.
once ur that far let us know.
I believe vix 022 (in downloads in cloud section here) is ur best bet if u dont know how to set up and have hit boot stuck Error. As long as its an ibox 2+ standard and not 2+se without scart!
also dont do anything if it says made in korea on back
