I Have the exact same problem on my new vu+ solo. All good until I start using broadband for anything else then when I do the box glitches like mad. I got the same response from WOS And have tried changing the cfg file to stop logging and still happening. Did you ever find a solution to this? Please help I'm pulling my hair out here.

Try a different softcam, maybe Oscam to see if that helps.
There's a couple of guides on this forum to help you set up

Seems like your ip is clashing with another device.

Remedy, set box to dhcp or change ip manually.
