First Time post. Help Please.

Can anyone offer suggestions for this screen please ? It’s the second time I’ve been kicked out and received this screen. Connection is via Ethernet, speed is ok, using Smart IPTV on a LG.

Have you contacted your provider rebooted router completely turning power off to tv at socket then back on

Thanks for the speedy responses. Yeh waiting on a reply from supplier and rebooted everything but still issues
