I have a DB500C and the box super usb. Nag3 has hit our area and there was a great post explaining the ramifications of this, a really useful post. I suppose all we can do iskeep watching and waiting.
I did try 'reading' the new V+*%$! card I was sent but it was a bit beyond me, ah well.
