Nearly all channels missing

Have a zgemma 5.2 and can only find 16 channels when scanning. SNR is 0% on both tuner B and C.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Funny you mention that as that’s exactly what I’ve been messing with. I took the box to Harrogate, changed net ID to Leeds and wouldn’t work. Got back home change back to Preston (40968) still won’t work (it worked before I messed with it).

How do I check this?

go to autobouquetmaker, set netid to which Preston netid you normally use, then click save, then update provider files, then run ABM to scan for channels

Yes I’ve done that still nothing clearing apart from a couple ITV2 HD and ITV3 HD are ok for example.

Just checked signal and they’ve gone from nothing to 90% SNR on both tuners. Still not a lot clearing mind, just finding it very strange.

Also BT sport 2 and one of the movie channels randomly goes on sky sports racing.

Still same problem.
ABM scans and finds about 949 channels and 90 radio. EPG is populated and correct.
It’s just every channel is black apart from the odd one.

there's not 949 channels, you have a setting wrong in ABM, remove the satellite tuner/setup config and scan again, update config files first

yes this is correct.
Have you restarted the softcam in softcam panel?

Yes I have tried that.

go to a channel that is clearing, then press red>softcam panel
is it populated showing ecm times and your provider details etc?

also try a network test, you want green ticks:
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>network test

No mate, will have another look after work, it will only scan 15 channels but to be honest I’m out of ideas with it. Thanks for your help thou and if you can think of anything would be appreciated as I’ll try anything.
