Not working in the Cardiff area, Arena isn't working either but all other sports channels (SD) are.

Tried the above and it came on after about 10 seconds. It has frozen 3imes in the last 5 minutes though for a few seconds..

Any tech heads here explain why it freezes on box office however the other channels are perfectly fine for example the Man City game is smooth?

Edit:Looks like even the legit paying customers are having issues.

Genuine customers are having issues, just checked twitter. Seems their little mechanism has taken a negative impact on paying customers. Mines on and off at the moment, I expect vm will come to their senses and revert back before they have to start handing out refunds. I think it's to do with the speed in which the encryption is requesting code. Not new encryption.

I’ve got a feeling the freezing is due to issues with the legit service. a lot of people are upset if you look on social media
