Bottom line should be a number followed by msec then date and time
The msec and time will change mine is always below 500

To check you config file, you need to ftp onto your box, browse to /usr/keys and there is a file called mg_cfg open/edit that file.

Is there a particular part of the file that needs changing?

Box office seems to be going from 500-5000ms but all other channels are 500ms and under constantly. Getting the occasional freeze on Box office, mainly when it is above 5000ms.

it's frozen for about 2 seconds and it's done this twice in past 15 minutes here, bollo to changing settings etc for such a piffling stutter
