"Load" means the channel table is corrupted.
You will need to use the recovery tool, which will you need to also download the openbox firmware to be reloaded onto the box.
follow the instructions regarding the recovery tool and that should bring your box back into life
Null modem lead is required and the relevant software

failing that, invest in the zgemma boxes, much more reliable and better hardware - various zgemma boxes are available, single satellite tuner, twin tuner, cable tuner....etc
