Ok i see that alot of people are still having problems with there starview boxes despite questions already been answered, so i am going to summarise what to do
First of all if your starview box did not have to smgo 2.2.0 firmware whilst that firmware was working then you are going to have to pay the 25/45 sub
If your box is now unregistered this means you will have to pay for support
Before sending the email for support make sure that your box has the new smgo 2.2.1 firmware
