starview not connecting/old software

Hi, my box wont connect anywhere it keeps saying old SW and says box number. what an i do to rectify this as i have lost all of my channels?

Having the same issue mate. Must be a server issue, the last time i checked my expiry date is 15th November.

just been watching bank robber when picture froze and blue box came up saying old software my box is not due to go off till september 15th whats happening.

Same problem here tried factory default and autosearch but nothing .....

Yup mine too... Box registered till jan 2012. Think new firmware on the way...

could it be that we need to pay otherwise everyone who hasnt paid has had their box turned off? my expiry date 15/09/2011

As i said above, im guessing server issue. It happened the other day and was back on within 10mins, its been off a bit longer this time mind :whacko:

Got the same problem here in wolverhampton, it was not due to expire until Aug 15

yep north west went about half hour ago

i just reinstalled software back on now but might be coincidence

Just rebooted and back on...

had the same thing -blue box with old sw-rebooted network and its fine now but..... how long now i wonder
