Hi,

new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone could help me delete my favourites off my F3. I reinstalled a channel list but the favourites are still under the names that i renamed them to. Is it just going to be a case of me manually renaming them? Also, what's the key differences between the f3 and DM800 HD SE. I'm after a good EPG where you can browse through channels without changing them!

EPG on F3 is only now and next.
you say you re-installed the channel list, with what, a backup from your own F3? if so then obviously the names will be the same, I'm not being funny, I think that is what you are asking, or are you asking how to delete all channels, so you can put in a new channel list?

Hey

I'm trying to install a brand new channel list, not from a backup. I thought the favourite categories would have renamed themselves but they don't. I might as well just rename the favourites?

I know how to delete all channels, and have done so, but the favourite categories still remain. Not a big deal, just thought there would be an easier way than manually renaming them, again.

Can you elaborate please? I can't seem to find "Starplus HD".
 
This is an unfortunate feature with all this range of budget boxes although the contents of the favourite groups changes with the replacement channel lists, the names of these groups will remain until they are manually changed so if you use the channel list featured here then a list of the enhanced groups are included with the description in the first post.

In this list, 'Star Plus HD' is on channel 854, the same as the Sky lists at:

is there a way to delete the porno channels and all that mutt. dont wanna go to all the channels manually and delete em

I originally asked in a poll on another forum whether the adult channels should be locked by default & the general opinion came back as NO so they stayed open but the favourite lists were pushed right down to the bottom. It is a bit of a chore to create another list with them removed & with regular updates to the list, one you have to repeat for each version.
Perhaps it's time for another poll?

Seem to have many posts linking to this thread for the Skybox F5, but it is stated earlier that this does not work on the F5 is this still the case?

As far as I am aware this list will NOT work with the F5, it seems to be fine with everything up to the F4 but after that they changed the file format & there are no 3rd. party apps that will touch the F5 file format at the moment.
It seems that well-meaning users are linking to this list assuming that the F5 is the same as the rest of the range.
I don't have an F5 so have not been able to explore the possibilities..
If you see posts referring to this list for the F5 it would be kind to set the record straight for everyone's benefit.

Hi, I am a newbie to this, just what I'm looking for, I will be taking delivery of a new Skybox F3 HD this week and will try this and post back.
 
Morning everyone!

Noticed this morning that the HD channels have changed again on sky, I don't know the full details of the change, however, BBC One HD (which was 143) is no more, it is now 141, with 142 now being assigned to BBC Two HD.

This is certainly the case for the Tyne & Wear region, not sure about everywhere else, channel 143 has been assigned to another station (can't recall it's name, possibly Alibi HD?).

So, a new channel list will be filtering through/maybe?
