VM C/S problems today!

    Nothing is clearing on my box neither - I've rebooted it but still no joy.
    I've not disabled the timeshift - how do I do that?

    Menu > setup > recodings and time shift

    Disabling timeshift isn't going to clear your channels. Disabling timeshift may only help if your picture is skipping, glitzing every 30 sec etc. Menu, setup, recordings and timeshift, timeshift and disable where is says automatically start timeshift.

    Thanks. It was working fine yesterday - I just noticed this evening that all channels are blank - ive tried to contact seller but no reply (he's usually prompt to reply back and has been reliable) - may be an issue with the server as I also tried a manual scan. I'll give it a couple of days and keep my fingers crossed it comes back otherwise will need to find another seller.

    have people gone through the tests for checking out issues.

    network test box
    vm website posting issues
    reboot box and router
    stop/start cam

    the amount of people reflashing boxes and scanning maybe not needed.
    does signal finder not show % of signal and agc without a picture needed,i think it does.

    switched off cam on solo2 sat box no picture and still getting snr and agc readings.

    How did you get a boost from 50 to 100?

    We have 50 and was wondering if we'd be able to get 100 because our speeds go low a lot sometimes..

    Issue is our contracts about ta finish.

    They stopped doing 50mbps, and changed the price of 100mbps down to the price of 50mbps.

    So we rang and told them it isn't fair that we are paying the price of 100 but only on 50, and they claimed that they have upgraded people from 50 to 100 (or something like that), so they put it through.

    just phonre them up quierying your contract and they will upgrade you your router probly wants upgrading (they told me they didnt want mine back )

    Have an issue with a client .
    His vm was working for 5 days then Friday stopped .
    It's searching for channels and finding them but no channels working not even fta .

    Web safe is off
