Where can I buy a Kryptview box

Im looking at buying one these Kryptview since the Eurovox has gone now , does anyone know where I can buy one of these boxes and are they easy to set up

Can this Kryptview 780 box be blocked at anytime , is it a good choice buying this or would I be best waiting a while to see if anyone cracks Nag 3
