Zgemma star 2s

Hi, im new to this,
i have a zgemma star 2s and its stuck in boot mode,how do i sort this? all i get on screen is openvix screen, like i said i'm new to this but i'm old so please explain in easy to understand form, thanks a lot

Try reflashing it with the wooshbuild, make sure you have a formatted fat 32 usb stick. Have a look in the Zgemma section, all the help needed is there
