"idiots guide" to installing sucmnsee's image with EVERY step explained in detail

Hi ,I have just brought a Zgemms h.2s which I'm told has open atv loaded on it( brought from this site) . Can I follow this guide when I first turn the box on or is it best to get rid of open atv? Sorry but I'm new to all this Atb Ron.
 
The H2 s firmware is set up slightly different if you go to downloads at top of page and get the firmware and follow the instructions with it

it wont let me download sucmnsee as i am a new group member. so i am stuck before i even start . any ideas what i can do . cheers in advance

Just wanted to say "Thanks" for this post. Started looking into getting a Z Gemma box a couple of days ago and could not believe the amount of info on the internet which didn't really answer the questions an absolute noob would want to ask. After spending a few hours looking over the forums found this post and now feel confident enough to buy the box and set it up. Many Thanks!
 
Hi guys i'm going to attempt to put my 1st image on the zgemma s2..i have read the idiots guide..As it stands i don't have a hard drive to setup for recordings is this something i can do at a later date after i've hopefully setup the box cheers.
 
Cheers.I've just got 2 16gb cruzer blade usb's..So one for the image and one for the epg..I'm now formatting image usb i assume i don't need to format for epg.Both usb's are new and unused..
 
No you shouldn't need to format both you could have tried flashing without formating sometimes they work without doing it especially new ones

Hi,
Stating the obvious here, but you didnt do everything by the book or it'd be working!
Re check step by step (its easy to have a "doh" moment doing it for the first time) and come back and say what exactly is happening 👍
 
Ok i now have bbc1hd and everythings setup but i can't get my line to open scrambled channels..This idiot keeps looking at the guide but doesn't understand what to put in the 1st line or how to check if its connected..
2nd line no problem basically its(not my actual line)

If tuner b is only picking up a signal try switch working cable to tuner A If that works Then you know it's the cable or port on lnb Your box will still work on 1 tuner till you fix it just set the none working tuner to not configured

sorted that thanks, the wire inside the connection had bent over!!

its now working but cant pick up any channels except fta?
 
Press blue button on remote , softcam manager, select your cam if your line has been put in usr/keys start my cam if line is in etc folder select CCcam and start Reboot box
