ET8500 QUAD TUNER Two tuner xtrend 8500 for cable

Not w o s' fault but know. I was unlucky to have bootloader issue when got my first Xtrend too. They've a good name though. I'm selling mines anyway to my neighbour! VU next think lol

Nice one selling it to the nieghbour so any problems they can just come round and knock knock,What is this rubbish you have flogged me :damn:
 
Lets hope the guy doesn't get killed crossing the road 15 times a day asking about the aircraft noises coming from his new receiver :)

VU box next is it LOL Topman,If you buy the mutant it will be another :grimacing:
 
4.2.016 change logs suggest some sort of driver fix, no idea if it's related to our problem though!


W>O>S update Openvix 4.2.017 or 4.2.018 may be the fixes.

They are currently testing new drivers and depends on how they go.

We are getting close people.

The nightmare maybe over soon. yeehaa

Whilst I'm here with like-minded people, can anyone confirm if I am correct in thinking from what I have read here that I can connect two cable tuners in the 8500 with one cable if I also use a cable to connect the output of tuner 1 into the input of tuner 2? It would be useful if I could free up on of the current cables feedinhg into the box for another use.
 
Just tried the loop through cable that came with the box but it only fits on the output sockets, not the input ones
