Weak Signal on some HD Channels

yeah that amp power booster would def work, ask the seller if it comes with the fly lead, you normally have an additional cable from power pack to unit, couldn`t see it in pics??
 
No not in the pics I think he is selling them seperatley, I have one spare anyway if it has f connectors both ends. Is that a good price?

What would the 10dB forward path attenuator be used for, will i need this?
 
you wont need it, an attenuator is normally used when the signal level on your cable line is too high. the hdu will do the job.

not really heard much about the KONIG, do you have a link? The technetix range are one of the best if not the best when it comes to approved kit. These are what virmin engineers use.
 
When I was having issues with signal I was reading a few post in the forum that recommended these.
If VM engineer use technatix then maybe best to use that.

When it all arrives is the below how it all goes together?

Cable from wall>isolator>hdu and then hdu output 1>tuner
 
No different if anything it's worse as get any picture on ss5 or news now snr is 0% on both and AGC is 7%. I guess it's just the way it is.....

Have you been to the outside brown box and checked there's no splitters in there?

This is inside the brown box, is this the problem? There is a feed going to another room but it's not being used.

move away from extension power

just noticed fly lead is plugged into extension for coaxial strange?
 
Yes I've tried the other room but the signal is weaker. Which fly lead do you mean, on the hdu?
