My H2.H Set Up Thread Using Wooshbuild...

I've just spoken to my contact at Air Digital and they said they do still have h2h stock.

I thought they would - I think it's just a matter of zgemma.co.uk having a shit load of stock of H2.S boxes that nobody is buying so they're doing this to try and get rid of them.
 
My return has been accepted, just need to package it and send it back now. Have ordered a replacement from elsewhere so hopefully I have better luck with this one.

Hi guys pretty new here and having a nightmare.

So I have followed ste's great tutorial step by step just for single virgin line in. FTA channels 1-5 are now working so think the virgin line is good. However no premium are working at all!

I have tried: adding the ccCam file provided in the usr/keys section > went to a blank channel > pressed blue button > selected softcam > softcam panel > clicked right to choose CCcam 2.3.0 > pressed green to restart.... But still it's coming up blank/ black screen!

(I have tested network and it all came up green and even been out to buy a new labgear splitter just in case. Tuner A is disabled and ABM is altered to my local network ID)

Please any help would really be appreciated! Been at this all day now :(
 
So I got my replacement box and it is another modified h2s but this one works so is all good. Only issue I'm having going through the setup is that when I start the scan on ABM it says tuning Virgin UK for 5 secs and then says tuning fatal with an error message and doesn't finish the scan. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your vm cable is going into the rf socket on back and then double check your NetID.
 
Defo going into rf in looks exactly as the pic in the first post. Net ID is correct as well. Tried restarting GUI and changing cables over from my Tivo box which is actually picking up channels so there's nothing wrong with the cable cos I tried it on the Tivo box. Still same error message.

Have you set NetID in tuner configuration as well as ABM? if so Press menu button and then select Setup -> Service Searching -> Automatic scan and see if that scans all the channels OK.
 
Yeah I have. Just did the auto scan as well it found nothing when scanning DVB-C.

It's probably something simple - your file if a c line needs to be called exactly (with first 2 letters capitals) > CCcam.cfg ... if you are making this file yourself using notepad, make sure you change file type to all before pressing save or it will save it as a .txt file and wont work.
 
Read somewhere that a reflash might sort it. Currently trying a reflash. Also I've disconnected all other cables from the box and got the vir*in cable going directly into rf without any splitters or anything. I'll try again once it's reflashed but if it doesn't work again anyone know what the issue is?

The tuner isn't showing, it's either a faulty tuner or it's not been fitted right - not worth opening it up and messing with it, just send it back like you said you was going to.

I've already sent the other one back. This is the replacement with the tuner showing. Tuner B comes up in the configuration but when I try scanning for channels it says tuner fail fatal. Tried everything including an automatic scan and still doesn't work. What's worse is the same cable I've got in the zgemma I've tried in my Tivo box and it works. Surely can't be another faulty box or tuner???

I tried with wooshbuild installed and now I've also done a factory reset and tried an auto scan and it still shows nothing.

So confused [emoji53]

It just sounds like you've not enabled V*rgin UK in the provider section in ABM and entered your area id.

if you've tried loading the same build on two different boxes and got neither to run, it's either the usb stick you are using or the build itself.

try a different build

grogbuild is excellent and is easy to use and configure
