all paid channels now gone am i alone?

as post says today all my paid channels off, are they gone for good now?
or is it the line( new line though onlly had for 5 weeks)
 
mine are working ok. Had problems with a kids channel earlier but other than that still ok

weird as was on this morning but now both boxes only free channels,im on virging hub 3,(but have been for a month now) thought it might be that but lost now!!
maybe my supplier is down? might try a new line if i can get 1
 
ive got a zgemma through sky and no extra channels have gone from what ive noticed.

Well it looks like my line has been turned off only after a month (i paid for 12mnth) got it from a user on here, i have just got a test line and channels back on!!
i have sent the supplier a e-mail but he has not replied yet!!
 
question is did you have a dns address in box which could have been taking out with latest issues with servers and sellers,if no contact after a day and a half contact mods by pm.
