I've rebooted the box. Will reboot the router now. The line is not showing in soft cam so is that a line provider issue

How do I manual restart. I have removed the line then ftp again and it is still not showing

press mebu button and on your image it may be called info panel / softcams there should see your cam. use yellow button usually to restart

you should put box in deep standby, reboot the router and then once router is back up and online turn box back on for best results
