I did have liberty shield but after some great advice that turned out to be the problem, switched to Express vpn and it's now working great

I think express VPN can use the local network while in VPN mode. Have you tried to cast the app from phone to tv? That works on some apps like Netflix, which are available in the UK and show American Netflix using this method. But with apps like Hulu and HBO, it won't as they don't have any apps in the UK. So discovery channel has the potential to work as its available in the UK.

I have watched all of these and IMO they are brilliant, it certainly opens your eyes, and gives you great insite as to what went on and how far the regime spread around the world.
