Skybox F5 Cams

Hi all,
Not very techno minded i am in a little mess with my F5 box my cline is saying offline but i know that it is not my server. Is there any other Cams i need to have installed besides CCam .

In network setting is DHCP set to ON? If not change it so it's on then reboot box and see if online.

Thanks Dan yes it is on i have gone through everything on the Skybox forums i just get a feeling that i have deleted something by mistake.

In the menu window where you can see it saying offline have you pressed "active" on your remote, it's either the blue or green key can't remember not got an F5 here..but if you've done that...I'd go back to your provider and ask for the cccam.cfg file again - just to rule out that it hasn't somehow got corrupted.

Tried that m8 , yes the green tick is at the side and i have been in contact with my provider they even sent me a test line to try and that would not go online either . i think i need someone in my local area to get it re-programmed if that is possible.

test the youtube or youporn app if that dont work its internet from box to router narrows it down also try a router/satbox reboot
