Cable Splitter for VM

About to sort out VM on my Zgemma H2H box, I know you need to have a 2 way splitter for the box but I'm hoping to set up 3 boxes in my house.
Would it be possible to use a 4-way splitter or will it effect the quality?

If your setting up 3 boxes i would use a 4 port HDU booster then you will get equal signal to each device
