hi i just bought a vm box of internet for my boy room,when i plugged box in all i got on front of box was ld30,how do i fix this,or is it a dud box.

you need to put net id for your area in the box its not as easy as it sounds you will have to do a
lot of reading about it but in any case you will get freeview channels only as all areas are
now Nagra3 good luck!
