Hello all, this is my first ever box and thanks to Mtpockets, it looks great. I have a Kingston 32gb USB in the back. Couple of minor things if anyone could shed any light please.
1. This sounds REALLY stupid but where do I find my recorded programs??! Will it show me how much data is being used or how much is left??
2. Most of my epg doesnt populate until I actually go into the channel, I think I've followed the settings correctly. Is there something I should look at??
Lastly 3. Every half hour or so I get a small window which says cache flush started or cache flush memory cleared (or similar wording), is this normal and what does it mean??

Press the File List button on your remote
Press GREEN, then RED, extensions and uninstall XMLTVIMPORTER and then do a software update (BLUE, Software manager, software update, once complete reboot) then reinstall XMLTVIMPORTER (GREEN, GREEN, extensions). This is quite an old backup now but still works fine if you do this...
You may also need to change the epg mode back to graphics - for some reason when you update the box it will change it to text mode to do this press EPG then MENU and scroll down to view mode and change from text to graphics and press GREEN to save - you might need to reboot to see the difference
Yes sorry my bad it was a setting I forgot to change when I did the backup... press MENU then go to Setup, Usage & GUI, scroll to Setup Cache Flush, press OK and change "show info on screen" to no. This plugin clears dirty memory to keep the box running optimally

Once you've plugged in your USB with the .avi files on press FILE LIST then simply change the directory to point to your USB by pressing MENU then choosing Open E2 bookmark path and navigating to your drive

ERRRMMM.... seem to have a problem. After uninstalling XLMTVIMPORT, the software update and doing the prompted reboot I noticed the sky channel I was watching wasnt showing anymore. Thinking it would come back I carried on with the re-installation of XLMTVIMPORT but when I pressed green a notice came up saying some plugins are not available; Extensions/Infopanel..... and Systemplugins/Softwaremanager..... I ok'd this and carried on installing XLMTVIMPORT. This finished but my sky channels still do not show. The epg shows the listing etc but the picture doesnt come on, plus the sound has stopped on the FTA channels I can get.
What happened????!!!

Where is the cross EPG?
Does anyone know where to find the Cross EPG? I can't find that setting anywhere and without it I can't see if the online update has changed the auto updates for my EPG listing as at the moment I'm having to update the EPG every 7 days.

Hi all a few questions
1.can you get rid of the base time white lines going down the EPG?? I see in the settings there is 15,13,45,60 minutes but doesn't seem you can get rid of it...can you just have the yellow one??
2. channel numbers in the EPG?? would be helpful of course is it possible
3. is the tabs in the EPG just for show like HD & 3D, liftstyle etc or can you actually get to them if so how??
Any advice would be appreciated!!..

I'm new to all this I've just bought a zgemma s2 box I've downloaded the gift onto a 8gb SanDisk cruzer blade but can't seem to upload it onto my box

You need to ftp it to box using a ftp program I use filezilla client version
Idiots Guide for adding your line with Filezilla
On your Box Menu > Info> Network > Get your box IP address
Open up Filezilla Host (top left ) Type in IP address Username root Leave others blank Press Quickconnect
Box should then connect to computer Left side computer, Right hand box
For N lines
On right hand side locate usr Double click it Then Keys Double click It You should now see 2 files Mg and Newcamd list On Newcamd list Left click/right click Then click View/Edit ( It may ask you what program you wish to view the file choose Notepad) You will see 1 sample of what your line should look like either edit your line details or Delete up to CWS = (space either side of = )
Copy and past your line Less the N: in its place*
Disconnect from Filezilla By Clicking the X just under bookmarks top of page
Select Mg 1.38 and start cam Restart box (not with GUI)
For C lines Your line goes Complete with the C in CCCam.cfg in usr/keys on box and select CCcam and start in Softcam manager and restart

God knows sorry can't do it should of bought 1 preloaded I've put in the ip address in host then it says username password and port and I don't know where to find them sorry for wasting ur time guys and thanks for the reply much appreciated even if I am dumb haha

Didn't have a mg file had to move newcamdlist and ccam from left hand box into right hand box so gave up for the night gonna have another go tomorrow with a fresher head just don't understand why theirs no mg file like u said thanks for the help guys and sorry if I did your head in with my stupidity much appreciated
All my channels except FTA are still missing despite a completing a reflash. Could this be a problem with my Cline perhaps??? Would the missing channels epg info be available if my Cline was down???
Anyone any ideas or suggestions please??

I haven't got mtpockets Backup but he will have it there on the bottom right hand side of the box you need to go to usr/keys then edit your line details in newcamd.list for nline or CCcam.cfg for Cline just left click on the cam your wanting to edit and press edit
