The support for Starview from the "official guys" here has died out since, things have gone quiet from their side but complaints have risen, so it's not even about a hit or miss anymore, it's more going to be a miss than it is going to be a hit, but its your choice whether or not you go to Starview.

I'm not on the cable side anymore so I'm not saying this to support Kryptview or anything, it's just my opinion.
